Integrated security system WatchDog is a flexible solution to control the security of self-service devices, ATMs, information kiosks and terminals.

The system is specially developed to control risks and security threats, such as:

• disputes with customers;
  
• fraud, while customers work with ATMs;
  
• fraud, based on the removal of information from the card, skimming;
  
• unauthorized access to the device, an attempt to obtain cash through software;
  
• vandalism, causing major and minor material damage to the device։
  

The video surveillance system is a unique data storehouse, and is compatible with many ATM platforms, in particular, NCR (APTRA), Wincor Nixdorf (Protopas), Diebold (Agilis). WatchDog enables you to store video-events, ATM magazines and searches for the specified parameters, such as ATM number, card number, transaction time, etc.

The system can store events’ archive unlimitedly, in particular, with logical numbers taken "from the field of" self-service devices, and from current devices.

WatchDog enables you to receive events remotely as through the banking network Intranet, the public network Internet, GPRS network, as well as to handle events manually, imported from an external source (hard disk, flash).

The software complex is compatible with many equipments and video cameras, and allows the management of video data in any format used in the bank.

The software complex, video surveillance system WatchDog is a solution, the advantages of which are:

• Multi-platform. The video surveillance system and security management functions on ATMs: NCR, Wincor-Nixdorf, Diebold.
  
• The system is able to respond to many current events such as non-contingencies related to customer service, as well as to contingencies (harms, intrusion, or transfer attempts, fire, etc.).
  
• The system includes functions for remote access to the ATM, and remotely enables to get materials from ATMs collected in the process of working on the ATM, to change video surveillance system settings, to load the background images on the ATM.
  
• WatchDog is supplied with a central controller of the remote access. This is a server software which controls the remote access to ATMs, provides user and security roles’ management to limit the access to the corresponding functionality in different users.
  
• Operator’s workplace - a system connected with the controller of the remote access and providing an interface for operators to use the system.
