In 2007 "Smart-Tech" LTD developed "Tandem Payments" processing center and payment system. It allows the residents of RA to realize utility or bank service payments via cash payment terminals.
The system is constatntly expanded and improved: at present this solution is integrated with thr billing systems of most company-providers operating on the territory of Armenia, as well as with the largest Armenian plastic card processing company - "Armenian Card".
