Sometimes in customer-oriented companies - banks, social organizations, hospitals, insurance companies people have to stand in long queues to wait for their turn. Certainly this fact can't be pleasant either for the customers or for the service personnel. The automatic queue management system enables to avoid dissatisfaction while standing in long queues. Customers may simply come up to the terminal of queue management system AKIS, read a range of offered services, push the touch-sensitive screen in a necessary place and receive the ticket with his/her own queue number and then may freely walk in a lobby, read advertising broshures or just take a seat while waiting for his/her turn to be served. The system records information and its related history on every printed ticket. This data is very useful for the employer who cares about the customers' convenience and the employees' work quality. This system provides reports on each employee's work, informs how may customers have been served per day, week and month, as well as how many and what kind of operations have been performed.Statistical data helps in taking decisions on reduction or increase of the number of employees and on distribution and co-ordination of operations carried out by employees and etc.
